Project Overview
LogicMonitor is a high-growth SAAS company, and our team generated leads in three main geographies (North America, Western Europe, & APAC). During 2024 annual operating planning (AOP), I identified this opportunity to increase lead quality and volume in Western Europe.  
My Contributions
Before this project, 100% of PPC lead gen was done in English. Our sales team believed that German language digital marketing could increase their success. My research backed that assumption, so  I coordinated across several teams to define the test budget, establish success criteria, and translate our marketing materials.

It took 8 weeks to launch this new campaign and verify our German leads were 100% new. These were new customers who weren't interacting with our English ads. The end result was an additional $2M in ARR at ~300% ROAS
